In the endless expanse of space, a maintenance robot carries out an external repair mission on a spaceship drifting in silence. As its battery level drops to a critical state, unusual vibrations and mysterious impact sounds begin to emerge from within the vessel. 

Upon returning to the ship’s compartment, the maintenance robot discovers a strange robot with glowing red eyes silently approaching. In a state of low power and with its systems continuously glitching, A-17 panics and flees through the trembling corridors of the ship, pursued by a mysterious entity that grows increasingly aggressive. 

Just as it seems to be destroyed in the final confrontation, the maintenance robot suddenly awakens in a charging pod. The system informs it that everything was merely a “simulated dream” while the robot was undergoing energy replenishment. However, a lingering sense of unease remains as A-17 steps out of the chamber and looks toward the darkness at the end of the corridor.
