In a small house beneath the moonlight, a young girl lives happily with her parents. Their peaceful life is suddenly shattered when Count Philip and his soldier’s storm into the house, raid it, and set it ablaze. As the girl escapes, she unknowingly drops her necklace — a precious family keepsake. Count Philip finds it and keeps it as a trophy, while the girl disappears into the night, carrying the pain of losing both her family and their final keepsake.
Years later, in an ancient city under the moonlight, Casper — a notorious thief who targets wealthy nobles — discovers the necklace displayed inside Count Philip’s mansion. Determined to reclaim the keepsake, he sneaks into the mansion that night. After successfully taking the necklace, Casper is discovered and forced to flee from the Count and his guards in a dramatic chase. Using his quick thinking, agility, and a touch of humor, he successfully escapes the mansion with the necklace.
That same night, on a small street bathed in moonlight, Casper quietly meets the girl again. He kneels down and places the necklace in her hands. Overwhelmed by the return of the keepsake she lost many years ago, she holds it tightly to her chest, as if embracing the last memories of her family.
Only then does the audience realize that Casper’s true motive was never money or fame. He stole the necklace not for its material value, but to return a piece of lost memory to its rightful owner. Beneath the moonlight, Casper silently turns and walks away, leaving behind the image of an unsung hero.
