Francis wakes up in a cold hospital room only to realize that no one around him can see or feel his presence. He follows strange sounds and mysterious symbols through eerie hallways filled with lifeless figures that silently watch him. When he finally spots a glow- ing emergency exit, he runs toward it in desperation. Just as he touches the door, the ground collapses beneath him, sending him falling into an endless void. The light of hope fades into the distance, leaving only darkness. 

Key message: To denounce and criticize the shortcomings and negligence in medical examination and treatment, as well as the way psychiatric hospitals in particular – and hospitals in general – treat their patients.
