In a peaceful ocean, a baby turtle happily swims and explores the vast underwater world. During one of its adventures, it discovers an area on the ocean floor scattered with strange objects – plastic waste left behind by humans. 

Curious about these unfamiliar items, the turtle begins to play with them. However, while exploring, a plastic ring accidentally becomes stuck around its shell. Unable to remove it, the turtle is forced to continue living with the ring.

As the years pass, the turtle gradually grows bigger, but the plastic ring remains the same size. Over time, it tightens around the turtle’s shell, slowly deforming it into a figure-eight shape. One day, while resting beneath a rock, the turtle is suddenly approached by a diver holding a knife. Frightened and misunderstanding the diver’s intention, the turtle immediately reacts defensively. Soon after, it realizes that the diver is only trying to help free it from the plastic ring that has trapped it for so many years.
