| Mô tả công việc: | JUNIOR: Participate in creative projects to generate ideas for campaigns and product launches Collaborate with Account and Copywriter to create and develop visual materials for businesses/brands Collaborate with Marketing team to create Digital designs for company and clients’ media channels like Website, Facebook, Youtube,.. SENIOR: Taking a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of the project. Influence design-led thinking across the business, establishing and developing best practices with the design and product teams. Lead concept development in relation to design and creative outputs, for both product and brand creative projects. Ensuring that design and creative projects are delivered on time and to budget ensuring commercial success. Working with internal teams to generate ideas for campaigns and product launches. Working with other team members to deliver projects and activities to deliver against deadlines. Continually be updated on your knowledge of design trends and possibilities. | Yêu cầu kỹ năng: | JUNIOR: Strong portfolio of brand design At least 2 years of experience as a Brand Designer or similar role Good graphic design skill Ability to sketch ideas Fluency and always up to date in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma Knowledge of business models Having experience in working at agency is a bonus Having experience in 3D software packages is a bonus SENIOR: At least 2-year working experience as a Senior Designer or similar role Strong portfolio of brand design Hands-on experience with image editing software, like Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts Always up to challenges and ready to learn and grow Be a trustworthy person to colleagues Leadership experience is a plus |
